OMG it was actually sunny all weekend

That is all.












Okay but seriously, the expo was great and we all got to enjoy a lot of sunshine this time. I did miss just about EVERYONE that I was looking for, which is the only downside really, but hopefully I'll be able to catch you all in October. Seriously, I was constantly on the lookout for people but must've been on the other end of the hall to everyone all the time or something. I was lucky to have =EUAN-THE-ECHIDHOG find me while we were eating lunch on Sunday though, which was cool
I spent the weekend hanging out with my friends Rick, Simon and Sean, along with *AN1ME and =batgirl84 and we all enjoyed ourselves. We occasionally lost each other since the Saturday was really hectic and ram-packed. It was by FAR easier to move on the Sunday though.

I came away from the whole thing with about £50 worth of Dofus/Wakfu merchandise, most of which was the various artbooks. Their story Pandala is particularly good.
I also picked up =auroreblackcat's book Pixie, which is a good read. I'll be getting the second one to see how it all turns out

Ankama were also screening the UK premier of the first and second episodes of the Wakfu TV series. I must say that it's an impressive looking show! The animation is very fluid, which I was already expecting, and the story itself seems interesting. I'll be looking out for it for sure.

I also spent a short time in the Artists Alley on the Sunday, though I can't really say I was on my game at the time. Didn't help that I had no idea at all what to draw, lol! Next time, maybe

Anyway, I've got some photos from the whole thing so I'll upload those at some point. I'll be sure to find everyone at the next expo... unless I get distracted by something shiny
